What to Bring/Sample Schedule
1) There will be three separate camps with a lot of technique covered as well as repetition of new skills.
2) You can enroll all the way up to the day of camp, but if the coach – student ratio becomes to big there will be a cut - off.
3) Remember if you want to be a Champion surround yourself with people who want the same thing. Continue to learn and re - learn the Techniques and skills Coach Henson has taught you in the past.
4) When we stop learning we stop growing as a wrestler and a person. You must be able to learn new techniques and be coach able.
5) The Dumas Texas camp offers supervision and overnight stay by Coach Henson.
6) The other two camps welcome all wrestlers, but you must find your make your own Hotel and Travel plans. I have included a list of Hotels and Airports for people with this interest.< BR>

XX: Note this camp is the only camp with Hotel accommodations. All overnight campers will be supervised by Coach Sammie Henson and Coach Pedro Murga. There will be four wrestlers per room so try and sign up together. All wrestlers will need to report to Dumas High School for the first session. We will check in wrestlers after the first day of camp. Please note anyone under the age of 12 will need to have a parent or coach accompany them at the Hotel. Coaches or parent will just pay the $80.00 fee for room and board. Check out the camp info for further details or contact Coach Henson at (423) 544 – 7675.

My name is Pedro Gama Filho and I am the President of
the Brazilian Wrestling Federation, I am writting to indicate the
services of our partner Rio Sports Tour, a company specialized on promoting
Wrestling camps at Rio de Janeiro and combine the activities with the great
touristic Excursions. The company is responsible for the program of
technical exchange of the Brazilian Wrestling Federation.
Rio de Janeiro has a huge touristic potencial. The
city will host the next Pan American Games in 2007,and athletes are very
welcome to train in our brand new training Center, equiped with great
wrestling materials,like, two new HGB mats, landing mats, wrestling dummies, weights
gym, swimming pools, cuban coaches (internationally known).
The tours feature a trekking excursion through Tijuca
Forrest, a visit to The Maracanã stadium, the biggest soccer stadium in
the whole world and it’s museum, the statue of Christ the redeemer, the sugar
loaf mountain, the most beautifull beaches, the Pan Am games venues and plenty
of extra activities.

53 Wrestling Camps added Some of the stuff
that was sent to me is hard to believe. One of the PA facilities has a gym that
holds 19 mats + the wrestling room. Every one that wants to go to camp should be able to find one that's close to home.
